A breakfast bowl like no other!

Ingredients

For Fonio:

  • ¼ cup fonio
  • 1 cup dairy free milk 
  • Pinch of salt

For Each Overnight Bowl:

  • 1 cooled cup of cooked fonio
  • ¼ cup dairy free milk
  • ¼ Vanilla Orange worthy bowl
  • Sugar to taste
  • Toppings to taste: chocolate chips, fruit pieces, granola or dried cranberries

Directions

Measure fonio, dairy free milk and salt into a saucepan.  Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer.  Cook for approximately 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 

Once fonio has cooled measure out one cup each into 4 mason jars.  Add ¼ cup of dairy free milk to each jar.  Top with ¼ container of one Vanilla Orange Worthy Bowl or whichever flavor bowl you prefer. 

Top with chocolate chips or other favorites like granola, dried fruit or fresh fruit.

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy.  Breakfast served four times!
